Mathematica notebook that can be used to reproduce all the derivations and figures in the main text. Note that reproduction of figures requires simulated data (see data.zip)

Custom simulator used to generate data for comparison with analytics.
data.zip contains three directories:
1) processed_data_selfing_varied
Data used to plot Figure 3 in the main text. For reproduction, first execute "mating_system_seed_F_varied.sh" to generate raw simulation output. Then, execute R script to compute averages and standard deviations of the establishment probabilities which will be used for plotting in Mathematica notebook.
2) processed_data_offspring_dispersal
Data used to produce figures in the manuscript for scenarios when seed migrates. To reproduce, first execute "mating_system_offspring.sh", and then the accompanying R script to generate data for plotting.
3) processed_data_gamete_dispersal
Data used to produce figures in the manuscript for scenarios when pollen
migrates. To reproduce, first execute "mating_system_gamete_dispersal.sh", and
then the accompanying R script to generate data for plotting.
