Table S1 describes yeast strains used in this study. Table S2 lists oligonucleotides used in this study. Table S3 contains plasmids along with construction details used in this study. Figure S1 illustrates septin–chaperone BiFC interactions and quantification along with effect size plots and associated 95% confidence intervals. Figure S2 contains effect size plots with associated 95% confidence intervals corresponding to various p53 measurements found in Figure 3A,B,C, Figure S3B, Figure 4B, Figure 5C,D, and Figure 6A. Figure S3 contains co-immunoprecipitation and BiFC experiments with p53 mutants L344A and L344P. Figure S4 illustrates positive p53–chaperone BiFC interactions not included in Figure 4A along with raw BiFC and total p53 values corresponding to data in Figure 4B. Figure S5 contains raw nuclear and cytosolic p53 values, along with effect size plots and associated 95% confidence intervals, corresponding to data in Figure 5C and Figure 6A. Figure S6 depicts URA3- and ADE2-based p53 reporters and their utility in detecting dominant effects of p53 mutants.
