Figure S1 shows nucleosome profiles generated by MNase-seq, Pol II ChIP-seq profiles and correlation between biological replicates for all datasets. The histograms depicting the MPDF profiles from the two earlier studies (Kubik et al. 2018; Rawal et al. 2018) are also shown. Figure S2 shows RSC enrichment in transcribed CDSs genome-wide. Figure S3 shows 2-dimensional RSC MNase ChIP-seq profiles for replicates.
