Figure S1 shows further analysis of the MMS resistance. Figure S2 shows growth phenotypes after UV exposure. Figure S3 diagrams the DDT sub-pathways, and Figures S4 and S5 present the growth phenotypes after exposure to MMS or HU in the indicated deletion background strains. Table S1, Table S2 and Table S3 list the strains, plasmids and DNA primers utilized in this study, respectively.
