Supplemental data corresponding to the manuscript titled: Whole genome sequencing and comparative genomics of two nematicidal Bacillus strains reveals a wide range of possible virulence factors. The data include the morphological characteristics of the two studied strains; 16S analysis; detailed phylogenetic positioning of the two strains within the genus Bacillus; detailed ANI, Tetra and TCS scores; strain-specific homologous clusters and their GO-term affiliations; BLASTP hits for putative nematode-virulent proteases; putative chitinase sequences analysis; and predicted/putative secondary metabolite clusters (antiSMASH analysis).
