Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Phenotypes for the CNLM population are included in the file `pheno.txt'. Marker information and imputed marker scores for the CNLM population are included in files `snpInfo.txt' and `snpMatrix.txt', respectively. Best Linear Unbiased Predictors (BLUPs) for whole and subgenome additive effects (GEBVs and SGEBVS, respectively), as well as non-additive whole and subgenome interaction effects can be found in the `effectTable.txt' file.
