Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Figure S1 contains ChIP signals of H3K4me3 and H3K9me2 on genes regulated in by synMuv B proteins. Figure S2 contains heat maps of ChIP-seq data. Figure S3 contains box-plots of gene body and promoter peak widths, and contains venn diagrams comparing H3K9me2 ChIP-seq data between genotypes. Figure S4 contains data on the overlap of ChIP from LIN-15B and the DREAM complex. Figure S5 contains enrichment analysis of genes with called H3K9me2 promoter peaks for genes with different categories of expression. Figure S6 contains the chromosomal distributions of genes with germline expression.
