Supplemental data for manuscript "Genomic-environmental associations in wild cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Ait.)" The repository contains starting data used to replicate the analyses described in the manuscript as well as supplemental tables and figures from the manuscript.

Starting data:

wild_cranberry_phased_genotypes.vcf.gz - A VCF file of phased and imputed SNP marker genotypes for the wild cranberry accessions used in the study.

wild_cranberry_phased_genotypes.vcf.gz - A VCF file of unphased and unimputed SNP marker genotypes for the wild cranberry accessions used in the study.

population_metadata_public.csv - Metadata including accession name and origin location.
