Supplemental Material for Mesbahi et al., 2020
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Supplemental Figure 1. A. ChIP-seq data of ELT-3 binding to indicated collagen gene promoters. B. Summary of ELT-3 binding in the intergenic regions of indicated collagens (summarized from modEncode ChIP-seq data).
Collagen gene expression in response to bacterial exposures. Data summarized from (Coolon et al. 2009; Engelmann et al. 2011; MacNeil et al. 2013). Genes that were upregulated are shown in orange, downregulated in yellow. Classification of collagen genes as defined in (Teuscher et al. 2019). Collagens highlighted in red were selected for measuring in nCounter assays.
Hypodermally enriched transcription factors. The overlap between TF2.0 transcription factors and genes enriched in the hypodermis (Kaletsky et al. 2018) was used to create a list of candidate regulators.
Nanostring probes and sequences used in nCounter analysis. RNAi target sequences.
