Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Figures S1, S2, and S3 illustrate normalized gene expression values for genes differentially expressed at increasing doses of copper (5, 10, and 30 ug/L respectively). Table S1 reports gene name annotation for differentially expressed genes. Tables S2, S3 report gene ontology categories enriched based on differentially expressed genes at 10, and 30 ug/L doses of copper respectively. Trinity_gene.counts.matrix.zip is a compressed archive of the RSEM expression counts matrix.
