File S1: Input files and Python script for estimating the underlying gene conversion rates between E. coli rRNA operons from the set of gene conversions observed in a mutation accumulation experiment. The script also tests whether there are more or fewer gene conversions affecting certain rRNA copies or loci within the 23S or 16S rRNA genes than expected by chance.
