Solanum dulcamara and Solanum nigrum plants were obtained from the Millennium Seed Bank, Royal Botanic Gardens Kew (ID-39084 isolated from the UK in 1982 and ID-170516 isolated from the UK in 2000, respectively). Genome assembly, de-novo annotation, transposable elements, methylation frequency and NLR annotation using NLR-annotator. Mitochondria and chloroplast genomes.
