Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This Supplemental Data set includes raw data utilized for the TIDE (Tracking across Indels by DEcomposition) method. Supplemental Table S1 provides raw data for the proportion of NHEJ with end processing and proportion of HR out of all TIDE-detectable repair events in whole adult tissues using TIDE. It also includes the proportion of intrachromosomal HR and interchromosomal HR in the same samples. It highlights that there is no statistical difference in proportions of intrachromosomal HR and interchromosomal HR between males and females. Also included is the R script file which contains the TIDE algorithm (File S1) and the Sanger Sequencing files used for the TIDE analyses of each biological sample (Files S2-S24). Lastly, the Sanger Sequencing files of each sample are compared relative to the parental "no DSB" control sequence. These are provided in S25 (female) and S26 (male).
