Figure S1 shows sequencing of ADE1 loci after Target-AID base editing using double selection. Figure S2 shows Sanger chromatograph titration curve based on different allelic frequencies in the population prior to sequencing. Figure S3 showcases an example of how the lethality of a mutation can influence the observed mutation rate in the population.
