Figure S1 contains waveform data for suppression of activated Gq by mutations in mek-2 and mpk-1. Figure S2 contains waveform data and photographs showing that mutations in Ras family members and RasGEFs do not suppress activated Gq. Figure S3 contains waveform data and photographs showing that expression of activated Raf or activated Gq in head acetylcholine neurons causes an exaggerated waveform.
