Supplemental Table 1 contains RT-PCR primer sequences. Supplemental Table 2 contains primer pairs used in RT-PCR assays. Supplemental Table 3 contains oligos used to generate and genotype transgenic mice. Supplemental Figure 1 displays a self-symmetry triangular dot plot of the Srsx-containing ampliconic region on the X. Supplemental Figure 2 is a dot plot of DNA sequence identity between two Srsx-containing X amplicons.
