A. Each row reports the value for one gene of DXY, a metric of sequence divergence, between the S. cerevisiae population in the column header and the European S. paradoxus population. ‘NaN’ indicates an undefined DXY value.

B. Each row reports the value for one gene of DXY, a metric of sequence divergence, between the S. cerevisiae European vineyard population and the North American S. paradoxus subpopulation in the column header. ‘NaN’ indicates an undefined DXY value.


Table S1 contains DXY values between S. cerevisiae and S. paradoxus populations.


Table S2 contains DXY significance values measured between the indicated S. paradoxus subpopulation and European vineyard S. cerevisiae.
