reporter due to the absence of a spacer sequence. Expression of (<b>A’</b>) EGFP-NLS and (<b>A’’</b>) DsRed.T4-NLS is prominent in the female A5 and A6 segments. (<b>A’’’</b>) When the DsRed.T4-NLS and
